Dan Raju on Amazon - AWS Financial Services Event in New York

Tradier CEO Dan Raju shares a quick update about his talk at Amazon - AWS Financial Services event in New York on October 1st. 

Dan: Hi Dominic, how are you?

Dominic: I'm doing fine Dan. How are you?

Dan: I'm doing very well. I''m doing great.

Dominic: So you know, just a quick update, I heard that you'll be talking at the Amazon AWS Financial services event in New York on October 1st. Could you help us understand what the event is all about?

Dan: Thanks Dominic. Yeah. Let me help you describe what the event is all about. 

The event is about having a discussion on how we can enable innovation in financial services. As you know, Amazon and AWS, the team there and Tradier have been great partners all the way from when we started the company, to ringing the NASDAQ bell, to actually to today, we have been great partners, they've really really helped companies like Tradier to actually go ahead and be a great product offering in this industry. 

So I think this event is about, a few of us in the industry sitting and discussing how to enable the financial services with innovation, so that is the topic of discussion, I think it will be fascinating, it will be good to get perspective from a fast growing innovative firm like Tradier, along with some established players in the market who have been trying to enable innovation within their own company so it will be a great mix of startup innovation, mid sized company innovation and also some large established Wall Street players talking about innovation so I think it will be a great event, most importantly  I think, it is important because companies like Amazon are focusing on how to enable innovation with financial services and we, at Tradier ourself, also are trying exactly the same, so it's great to have great partners come together and have a discussion, I think it wlll be helpful. I'm sure I will learn quite a bit from a lot of other participants in it, so I think it will be great. 

That's the event, it's a simple evening event at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York. It'll be fun.
